2 Michel de France Soy Wraps 1 (5 ounce) can albacore tuna in water, drained & flaked 1 tablespoon mayonnaise 4 leaves lettuce 1 tomato 2 slices provolone cheese 5 pitted green olives cut in half Salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS:
Lightly stir together the tuna, mayonnaise, salt and pepper in a bowl until well combined
Cut the tomato in small chunks
Spread the tuna mixture on half of the soy wrap and top with the lettuce leaves, tomato chunks, provolone cheese and greeen olives.
