Chicken Vegetable Crêpes
Royaltine is a crunchy mix of hazelnut paste, semi sweet chocolate and paillette feuilletine. It can be used as a base for chocolate mousse, fruit mousse, cheesecakes or just as a sweet indulgence.
7 oz Paillette Feuilletine
Mix the dark chocolate and the hazelnut paste in a bowl and melt in a bain marie.
Once the mix melted, add the paillette feuilletine and whisk until the paillette are fully coated with the hazelnut chocolate mix.
Shape the Royaltine in a mold: bite size for a treat – round or rectangle to use as a base for a desert.
Place in a refrigerator for ten minutes to solidify.
